Source One Project Managers ensure that our techs do a thorough walk-through with the general site super and electrician to ensure the site is ready for our installation and any problems are identified early.
Photos are required (and passed on to our customers) as each stage of the job is completed to monitor high quality assurance by adhering Source One's standards from inception to completion.
These photos are kept & stored within our website and our customers are provided a login/password to be able to view any project site at any time.
Project Managers ensure that every task of each phase is reported daily by the lead tech onsite per our Task Manager Module within the Source One website.
This ensures that the tech is following Source One protocol of systematic tasks consistently each day.

Our installation is fully coordinated with the GC / Site Super on site.
We nail down the installation date so that we minimize our tech time on site.

We provide 100% Certification Data testing to ensure all Cat5e/Cat6 cabling is ANSI/TIA/EIA-568 compliant.
Our phone system is programmed to meet the Panera standards and fully tested.

Using pre-site survey visits we determined how many devices/cables needed to be removed.
The removal of old data wiring and devices was a very intricate and vital part of the remodel.
Source One prewired the store to ensure a smooth switch over to the new network equipment.
