Our Call Center utilizes our Joshua web support technology, enabling even store mangers to dispatch, via the web, an assigned, dedicated IT technician with immediate response.  

Our web-based system allows you to check information online and features a highly automated process from ticket entry to completion and billing. Submit your own trouble ticket. Generate your own report. When a ticket is closed, you are notified, and you have the opportunity to view its resolutions when the tickets are closed so you know the cause of the issue and the solution our team provided.
