Project Description:
Source One managed the selective demolition and interior remodel of the existing Men’s Apparel department and converted the existing space to the new Customer Service and Checkout space. Crews work around the clock to ensure flawless and continued successful store operations were maintained. This was achieved through highly detailed programming, scheduling and execution of all trades involved: Demo, Electrical, Low Voltage Electrical, Casework & Fixture Installers, Drywall & Finish crews, Flooring Installers, Store Team & IT, Security Provider, etc.
The schedule was tight and we had to move fast . . . we were approached with this initiative by the Owner on 9/1/2011 and had the scope programmed, estimated, and production completed and operable on 11/2/2011, so 61 calendar days from project inception to project completion we helped the Owner obtain a beautiful new customer service space with a flawless effort.
