Tim Janisch, VP of Operations
Tim Janish has been the VP of Operations since October of 2008. Prior to that time, he was the Director of Human Resources for Source One Network Solutions upon hire in August of 1999.
Tim is responsible for the successful operation and management of day-to-day activities within the company. He provides overall direction and guidance to the operational activities for company employees with the objective of maximizing growth potential. As a member of the Senior Management team, he is responsible for the development of company priorities and objectives to serve our customers with the highest possible level of urgency and satisfaction.
Before Joining Source One, Tim was Manager of Human Resources for Stoughton Trucking and an award-winning (WI Corporate Safety Award 1996) Safety Director for Millfab, Inc. In less than one year, Tim successfully built a safety program from the ground up, turning around a poor safety environment and developing it into a zero-accident culture culminating over 3 years with no lost-time injuries, thus dramatically effecting profitability.
Mark Breidel, VP of Construction and Facility Maintenance
Mark adds 10+ years of Construction Management experiences to the Source One Team. As an Undergraduate of the College of Architecture & Landscape Architecture at the University of Minnesota, Mark cultivated and developed his skills as a Construction Project Manager under the tutelage of a combined 100+ years of professional experience from successors of Mortenson & PCL Construction.
In subsequent years, Mark has managed the design, estimating, and production efforts of approximately 100 projects, totaling $76 Million in value among the retail, hospitality and institutional construction markets.
Mark has the responsibility of managing the overall Construction & Facility Maintenance Department with an emphasis in Customer Experience / Development and ensuring Good Business Practices, Expectations and Commitments are Met, Monitored and Measured; ensuring, that Source One Construction and Facility Maintenance is the most Equitable & Efficient Solution to our Customers’ requests.
Joseph Konkel, Telephone Systems Manager
In his position as telephone systems manager, Joseph Konkel brings years of telecommunications experience to Source One Network Solutions. He has amassed considerable expertise in telecommunications products and software including a strong background in voice/data communication. His telecommunication career began in 1999 working for Avaya, the leading telecommunications manufacturer, as an installation and telephone systems engineer. He broadened his telecommunications experience in 2005 when he joined RCH Communications as operations manager, working to develop the department and successfully grow the customer base.
Tammy Krueger, Director of Recruiting
When Tammy Krueger joined Source One in 2004, she brought with her over 10 years of proven performance in the corporate recruiting industry. In her previous positions at Agrilink Foods, Atronic America, among other companies, she has recruited, hired, and retained the most coveted talent across multiple industries, including construction, computer networking, and electrical. Here she runs a high-performance search team focused on our clients' individual needs.
