When service problems arise, we can look into your system from a remote location and correct problems with limited disruption to you.
Diagnosis
With our web-based system, we establish a link your company’s system with private branch exchange (PBX) equipment. We then run testing on each function of the system, and determine what is causing the malfunction. Many problems require nothing more than resetting certain functions to a default mode, which can often be fixed during the course of diagnostic testing.
On-Site Support
If a component needs to be replaced, a Source One technician will visit the site and make the necessary physical repair.
